The PROPERTY

The landscape is classic, southern open pinelands managed for quail hunting and is burned regularly and kept open to make it easier to walk.

Beautiful Four Hole Swamp flows through the middle of the property in the background of many of the hunts.

Bird hunts begin and end at the beautiful, comfortable Pond House where hunters can refresh themselves.

Interlaken Plantation contains four separate 100-acre hunting courses and several extra smaller bobwhite quail hunts. We practice large-scale, pre-season releases, using only the finest young birds. Hunters will be transported in a fine quail cart pulled by a Kawasaki Mule. Four hunters per party. Only two hunters on the ground to shoot at a time. Safety is our first and foremost concern.

Four Hole Swamp

Interlaken Wildlife Center is the headwaters for the beautiful Four Hole Swamp. It flows through the middle of the property and is the background for many of the activities on the property.

Pond House

Many of our activities begin and end at the beautiful, comfortable Pond House where hunters can refresh themselves and outdoor educators can offer in-house classes for children’s activities due to inclement weather.

We are more than a plantation

From outdoor classroom and gathering spaces in beautiful surroundings in nature, to yes, one of the best areas to quail hunt in South Carolina, Interlaken Wildlife was created for all to enjoy the outdoors.
